There is a magical place in Tuscany where children can live a new adventure every day and where adults can experience the joy of being a child again.
Just a few kilometres from Leghorn and the wild beaches of the Coast of the Etruscans, you will follow a tree-lined path that wends its way through grassy meadows and fields of fruit, tall cypresses with their brown foliage and shrubs of colourful oleanders. At sunset a light breeze makes the tips of the trees sway and all around the peace and quiet is only interrupted by the chirping of the cicada and birdsong.
At the end of the path lies Camping Le Pianacce and behind it the town of Castagneto Carducci watches over the place like a silent giant.
Having crossed over the threshold of this location, winter will seem like a dim and distant memory.
